The notoriously unpredictable British weather means we can't make commitments to a specific date or time for the shoot. We will make every effort to shoot during the optimal golden hour.

During poor weather conditions and peak times please allow up to three weeks for the samples to be sent. You'll be informed if we face considerable delays exceeding this.

If your video or photos contain watermarks they're sample copies (provided after the deposit only choice). You can pay the remaining amount for the respective service purchased to have the watermark removed.

Photos and videos will be in digital format as standard, sent via cloud services. Printouts for photos can be ordered as optional extras to the dimensions you require.

Our photos are 9MP (4000 × 2250) by standard for a 16:9 aspect ratio but this can be 12MP (4000×3000) if requested.

Our videos are in 2.7k (2720 × 1530) by standard at 60 FPS but this can be 4k (3840×2160) at 30 FPS if requested.

Special requests can be arranged but there will be £0.45 surcharge for every mile travelled outside of the operating area.

As our drones are under 250 grams we're not bound to many of the other drone laws such as flying over built residential and industrial areas. However there are two main ones that will affect our ability to operate:

1. Being unable to fly over large gatherings of uninvolved people

2. As with other drones we're not able to fly in restricted airspace, sometimes further areas can be cordoned temporarily for large events

The deposit is non refundable once the shoot has taken place. You can change your mind for a full refund anytime up until the day of the shoot. This is to cover our operating expenses and you will still receive your samples since the work has already been carried out.
